The Westfalian branded breeding stallion Blue Hors Romancier has passed away on August 10, 2006. The 17-year old stallion fell of the phantom and broke his thigh bone.

The fracture was too grave and Romancier had to be put down.

Blue Hors Romancier was owned by Blue Hors but was standing at stud at Vita Mølgaard and Steve Thomsen's breeding station in Hjallerup, Denmark, for the 2006 breeding season. Under Lars Petersen, he competed at international small tour level.

Blue Hors Romancier was by Rosenkavalier out of Finale (Feuerschein x Renaldo). He won the dressage part of his stallion performance test in Medingen with 153 points. Romancier has 139 graded mares of which 79 are graded in Denmark. He produced two licensed sons.
