Untimely Passing
Unfortunately Hermes did not get to experience a long retirement as he had to be put to sleep.
Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Hermes, who had been with us since he was three years old," Neuhauer told Eurodressage. "An intestinal blockage caused by an inoperable lymphoma. At the beginning of last year, he won Grand Prix before being able to enjoy his well deserved retirement. We miss him deeply, and he will remain in our hearts forever."
