With the 2026 international show year having kicked off, the new year brings about new challenges as riders aim for team selection for this summers World and European Championships.
The Dutch equestrian federation has all its squad listed riders on the official website and at the start of 2026 the following riders are in the A-squads, necessary to be considered on the team.
The team trainers are Loes Corsel (ponies and children), Monique Peutz (JR, YR, U25) and Patrick van der Meer (seniors). The team vets are Edwin Enzerink, Hank van Campen and Rijk Jan Pleijter, while the team farriers are Kees Alblas.
The squads will be updated as new scores roll in as of 1 February 2026.
At the start of the year, the following riders are in the A-squad:
