Filly Kalani vom Loo CH and colt Fusaichi Totalis CH became the winners of the 2025 Swiss Warmblood Foal Championships held in Avenches on Sunday 21 September 2025.

Forty-four foals competed in four categories: colts and fillies sorted according to discipline: dressage and show jumping; 30 were jumping bred, 14 dressage bred.

The inspectors were Adrian Oehrli, Christiane Guerdat, and Peter Zeller. "We are aware that the rankings reflect the current situation, but depending on the foals' development, this could look very different in a few weeks' time," said Zeller.

Fillies: Kalani vom Loo

The champion in the colt category was Kalani vom Loo who is by Moreno out of Kumani vom Loo (by Bretton Woods). She is bred by Denise and Peter Luder and scored a total of 281 points.

The reserve title was for Eleischa, who is by High Motion out of Elodie (by Hancock), bred by Barbara and Urs Wächter. She totalled 278 points

Third ranked was HZO Kalimba (by Kjento x Borsalino), bred by Vanessa and Denis Häfliger, with 276 points.

Colts: Fusaichi Totalis

In the colt division the winner was Fusaichi Totalis (by Fürst Toto out of Livia (by Livaldon)). The chestnut is bred by Julia Zhu and her husband, ZVCH President Christoph Neuhaus. He achieved a high score of 286 points. Fusaichi was bought back by the owners for 8,000 CHF at the 32 Swiss Elite Foal Auction and then sold privately to Swiss Olympian Andrina Suter. He was also advertised on Eurodressage.

The reserve champion was Alestro von Stichbach, by Asagao xx out of Destiny von Worrenberg (by Destano). The colt is bred by Walter Egloff and owned by the breeder in partnership with eventing rider Maja Singer-Flück.

The third ranked foal was Glamour ZS (by Glamourdale out of Joli Coeur ZS (by Johnson)), bred by Claudia Schwendener and Thomas Schneider, and owned by Anne-Lise Sandoz.
