2025 Piaff Forderpreis Finals Move to Hagen - Merges with CDI Covalliero Dressage Days

The 2025 Piaff Forderpreis finals for German Under 25 riders will move to Hagen after the cancellation of the 2025 CDI Donaueschingen.

To The Rescue

The Kasselmann family has once again come to the rescue when a show organisation has come into trouble. In 2005 it staged the European Championships after Moscow dropped out, in 2021 it staged the European Championship when it looked unsure that the Tokyo Olympics would take place due to corona.

The organisers at Hof Kasselmann can look back on a long tradition of hosting competitions for young riders. In addition to the annual ‘Future Champions’ CDIO Youth Nations Cup show in June, Hof Kasselmann also staged the inaugural European U25 Championships in 2016 and again in 2021.

Host Ulli Kasselmann is delighted to welcome the Piaff Final to his yard for the first time, as it represents an important opportunity to support talented young Grand Prix riders and offers them the chance to showcase their skills in a professional setting. Hosting the final also underlines the Kasselmann family's commitment to promoting equestrian sport.

Covalliero Dressage Days

This year it has brought the Piaff Forderpreis Finals to Hagen by merging it with the CDI Covalliero Dressage Days on 24 - 28 September 2025.

The ground jury includes Katrina Wust, Magnus Ringmark, Hans Voser, Evi Eisenhardt, Pascal Strohbucker, Sven Rothenberger, Kurt Christensen, Peter Storr and Mariette Sanders.

The event includes international dressage classes from pony level to Grand Prix as well as an Amateur tour (bronze tour at junior level and gold tour at PSG level).
