The Austrian equestrian federation is not yet confessing colour after wrapping up the team selection trials for the 2025 European Young Riders / Under 25 Championships.
While most nations are announcing their final teams right now, Austria is putting forward a short list of nominative entries for the Championships in Kronberg. Definite entries have to be out by 30 June 2025.
To qualify for the team Austrian YR/U25 riders had to compete in the mandatory CDI Achleiten and provide result from two further CDI's of their own choice. The junior riders still have to compete at the mandatory trial in Brno next weekend.
Eqwo.net published that Austria has selected two definite Under 25 riders and has short-listed 6 young riders for the nominative entries.
