One Million, a 6-year old KWPN licensed stallion who was a finalist at the 2024 World Young Horse Championships, has been sold to the U.S.A.
One Million is a 2019 born KWPN stallion by Vivaldi out of Joyrider (by Apache x Negro). He is bred by R. Gotink in Warnsveld, The Netherlands.
Robin Heiden
Owned by Joop van Uytert, the black was first licensed at the 2022 KWPN Stallion Licensing in Den Bosch. He did his stallion performance test in the autumn and scored 82 points.
The stallion has had several names before One Million was chosen: His original name was Olé Guapo, then it turned into V-Olé Guapo with the NRPS studbook, and he has also briefly gone by the name Orpheus US. So far he has sired 278 offspring in The Netherlands.
Under Dutch young rider he became the reserve champion in the 2023 Pavo Cup Finals as a 4-year old. His break-out year was 2024 when he finished second in the 2024 KWPN Stallion Competition and placed 10th at the World Championships for young dressage horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands, with a score of 84.60.
Zen Elite
Horses.nl first reported that One Million has been sold to Heidi Humphries of Zen Elite equestrian center as an FEI hopeful for U.S. Olympian Adrienne Lyle.
One Million joins a large string of horses that has been bought by Humphries for Adrienne to ride: Helix, Lars van de Hoenderheide, Hussmann's Topgun, Zaunkonig, and Orion W.
Humphries, who made her fortune in the breast pump business, also secured horses for other riders. For Endel Ots she bought Bohemian and King's Pleasure, and for Christian Simonson she purchased Indian Rock, Fleau de Baian, and Guinnes.
