The stunning chestnut colt Draven became the price highlight of the Oldenburg May Online Foal Auction, the third held in 2025.
A capsule collection of 14 show jumping and dressage bred foals was on offer.
Draven (by Dream Boy x Escamillo) became the best seller, fetching 35,000 euro. Bred by Pia and Hubert Hintemann he sold to a regular German client of the Oldenburg breed society, Mr Schlüssen who sponsors Luxembourg rider Fie Skarsoe.
The second highest price paid was 7,000 euro, paid for the black colt Enovar (by Extreme US x Vivaldi). He will stay in Germany.
Filly Elisa (by Escamillo x Foundation) had a hammer price of 6,500 euro and stays in Germany. The same price was paid by a Spaniard for Just Together du Jade (by Just in Time x Dante Weltino).
The British bred Woodlander Dark Dancer (by Dynamic Dream x For Compliment) will stay in Britain for 6,000 euro. A Czech secured Fenda Me (by Fidertanz x Barroso) for 4,500 euro.
The 3rd Oldenburg Online Foal Auction achieved an average price of 7,643 euro.
