Mette Dahl's British team pony George Clooney B.S. has been sold.

George Clooney B.S. is an 11-year old British bred KWPN registered pony by Caesar 171 out of Santana (by Santano) . He is bred by Julie Lockey.

Sophie Taylor

He sold to Sophie Taylor in 2016 and won the 2017 Britiish Young Pony Championships as a 6-year old. The gelding made his international show debut at the CDI-P Keysoe in March 2018.

After competing at the CDI's in Sint-Truiden and Hagen, Taylor and George Clooney BS were selected for the British team that competed at the 2018 European Pony Championships on home turf. The pair finished fourth with the team and 14th in the Kur to Music finals.

Mette Dahl

In September 2018 British Olympian Fiona Bigwood acquired George Clooney BS as a future ride for her eldest daughter, Mette Dahl.

A year and a half into their partnership, Dahl and George Clooney made their international show debut at the CDI Le Mans in February 2020. The pare went on to compete at the two CDI's at Keysoe on home turf.

In 2021 campaigned her pony at the CDI Wellington Heckfield, but opted to ride her horse Florina at junior level and made it to the Junior Europeans in Oliva Nova that year

In 2022 full focus was on the pony and after successfully showing the grey at CDI's in Lier, Keysoe, Le Mans, and Hagen they got selected on the British team for the 2022 European Pony Championships in Strzegom, Poland, where they were fourth with the team and 11th in the Kur to Music Finals

On 26 September 2022, George Clooney B.S. moved to his new owner Abigail Gray and Mette said goodbye to her pony.

"I sadly had to say goodbye to my once in a lifetime horse," she posted. "George has given me everything and more and I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me. He has given me the world and I hope his new owners will have the same experiences that I have had. I have had 36 international starts and 2x British national champion titles with my gorgeous boy and he has taken me to all of my dream shows. He has the biggest personality and I couldn’t of asked for a better pony career."
