2019 Dutch European Championship Team pony King Stayerhof's Jango has found a new rider and new home.

King Stayerhof's Jango is an 11-year old NRPS pony by Kosmo van Orchid's out of Delilah (by Jacobspeel's Rocky).

Under Evi van Rooij, the pony made its international show debut in July 2017 at the CDI Diepenbeek. That year the 13-year old Van Rooij also competed in Exloo, and Roosendaal.

In 2018 they went to Lier, Joosland and Compiegne and scored their first international victory in the Kur to music at the French show. The combination was nominated on the Dutch team for the 2018 European Pony Championships in Bishop Burton, but an injury right before the event kept them home.

Their moment of glory came in 2019 though. After starts in Joosland and Exloo they made it onto the team and the European Championships in Strzegom, where they won team silver and finished 8th in the Kur to Music finals. They also won the 2019 Dutch Indoor and Outdoor Pony Championships

In her last year on ponies in 2020, Van Rooij only competed at the CDI lier before corona came, but did win the Dutch Indoor Pony Championships mid March as Holland kept competitions going longer than other European countries. In 2020 Evi also began competing horses and with Don Tango B she was selected on the Dutch junior team for the Europeans in Budapest.

Jango has now been sold to the 13-year old Sara Holleman and will stay in The Netherlands.
