German Team Selected for 2017 European Pony Championships

The German Equestrian Federation and team trainer Cornelia Endres have announced the team that will represent Germany at the 2017 European Pony Championships in Kaposvar, Hungary, on 24 - 30 July 2017.

The top scoring German pony riders which competed at the Preis der Besten in May were invited to contest two official selection trials: one in Wiesbaden and the CDIO-PJYR Hagen last weekend.

After the team test in Hagen, Endres made her pick for Kaposvar. 

The German pony team includes:

  • Lucie-Anouk Baumgürtel - Massimiliano
  • Jana Lang - Cyrill
  • Anna Middelberg - Drink Pink 
  • Julia Barbian - Der kleine König

The first reserve is Nele Löbbert with both her ponies Contra and Carlos WE. She will also participate in the preparatory training camp before Kaposvar

The second reserve is Moritz Treffinger (Top Queen H), the third reserve is Lea-Marie Golkowski (Die feine Chanel).
