2013 Swiss Breed Classic

The 3-year old bay Swiss warmblood mare Golden Lilly won the final of the 2013 Swiss Breed Classic for dressage horses in Berne, Switzerland on 23 November 2013. Judged by Swiss Grand Prix riders Nicola Heyser and Gilles Ngovan, the 2013 Swiss Breed Classic is held for show jumpers and dressage horses.

The young dressage prospects have to participate in a "gaits class" and this year guest judge rider Wolfgang Arnold from the Marbach state stud test rode the top placing youngsters.

Owned by Christian Meyer, the bright bay Golden Lilly (by L'Espoir x Abanos x Rohdiamant) scored a total of 8.89 points to win the title. Her marks ranged between 8.5 and 10 for her basic gaits.

Stephanie Schoellkopf-Rutishauser's Don Sogno de Oxalis (by Don Calypso x Weltmeyer) became the reserve champion with 8.80 points. Peter Schenk's Con Amour SPM (by San Amour) followed in third place with a total of 8.22.
