On 12 April 2011 the Swiss Equestrian Federation has voted on an new performance team for the discipline dressage, which will help with the management and promotion of Swiss Dressage.
Headed by Christian Pläge, the Performance Team Dressage includes Michel D'Arcis (chef of the elite team), Eva Senn (che of the junior and young riders team), Heidi Bemelmans and Barbara Gleich (chefs of the pony team) and Michael Deters (trainer).
On a technical level, Steffy Kuriger will be assisted by Christine Dolder, Margret Dreier and Cordula Niklaus as well by regional representatives Elisabeth Fischer, Regula Straumann, Barbara von Grebel, and Birgit Wientzek Pläge.
Cordula Niklaus is also head of administration and is supported by Margret Dreier. Martin Walther is director.
