2000 Bundeschampionate

World Champion Laurentianer and reserve World Champion D'Olympic scored below their level at the 2000 Bundeschampionate, which makes one wonder whether the W.C. takes too much out of a horse

, or whether the Bundeschampionate, held in September, come at the right moment for young horses.

Allowing them more time to flourish, many undiscovered talent, that would not be ready for an international competition in June, will surfice in September at Warendorf. Both Laurentianer and D'Olympic were too tensed and unconcentrated. Both scored 7.7 and placed only 9th.
