Krista Kolijn has sold her international small tour horse Lord Diamond to Switzerland.

Lord Diamond is a 10-year old Dutch warmblood by Daily Diamond out of Do Nijke (by Scandic x Riverdance). He is bred by H. Van der Kuil in The Netherlands.

Krista Kolijn

Purchased by Diederik Wigmans and Krista Kolijn as a foal, the black was licensed at the 2019 KWPN Stallion Licensing and scored 80 points in the stallion performance test in January 2020. He has 62 offspring registered with the KWPN society. None are licensed sons, but he has sired one ster mare daughter.

Kolijn trained and competed the black up to small tour level. She debuted him in 2021 in the 5-year old tests in Samorin. They were 24th in the 2021 Pavo Cup semi-finals. They were 7th in the 2021 KWPN Stallion Competition Finals Alternative.

In 2022 she rode him in the 6-year old classes in Le Mans, Jardy, and Neu-Anspach. In 2023 she rode him in Stadl Paura, Le Mans and Crozet. They recorded four wins in total. They moved up to small tour level in Crozet a year later, while they only did one CDI in 2025 at the Aachen Festival for Dressage.

A year ago Kolijn sent him to Remy Bastings to have him produced to Grand Prix level.

Switzerland

One month ago Lord Diamond moved to Switzerland. He is owned by Ukrainian Nataliia Varchenko.

The 36-year old Varchenko is a model, singer and professional dancer who placed third in Miss Ukraine Universe 2015 and won Miss Europe Continental in Naples (ITA) in 2017.
