Poinciana Farm: an oasis of green and space, designed for horses

Poinciana Farm, a private and professionally run dressage farm, has stall openings for the winter season and year-round.   The farm is set on 13 acres of a natural Florida environment offering a quiet and peaceful setting for top training and/or just enjoying dressage.  Minutes from each of the area showgrounds, the Farm offers full board (feed, hay, stall cleaning and turnout) or a new dry stall option.

Designed for Horses

Located in Loxahatchee Groves, this dressage horse park is designed for quiet, private training be it for the CDI ring or just for the enjoyment of your horse.  A covered ring with excellent airflow and the very large outdoor ring allows for lots of room without an audience.  Lots of workspaces and a varied riding schedule result in uncrowded rings, even in the height of the season.

Spacious outdoor school and Olympic size covered arena
Turnout is very important and the addition of time on the walker gives the horses even more time outside.  Grass maintenance in the paddocks is a priority for horse safety as overuse results in deep sand in this part of South Florida.  Poinciana keeps an organized paddock schedule offering consistency, oversight and grass.

"I ride, train and show myself so I know what is needed - quality training amenities that are very well maintained, a safe and serene environment for the horses, a happy and kind culture for the riders and owners all in a beautiful setting.  It makes a difference when all those factors are there", said Jane Cleveland, farm owner and a USDF Gold Medalist with a background in investment real estate.  "And it helps to have good workspaces, plenty of equipment storage plus a Clubhouse for us and a Dog Park for our dogs!"

All the Amenities

Poinciana Farm offers all the desirable amenities for top training and horse care.  The farm was designed with the horses in mind giving them an open, social home rather than closed stalls.  Views of the entire farm from anywhere make horses more content and confident.

Happy Horses

Hacking trail round the property
“Healthy and happy horses are our priority.  We are protective of the culture which is focused on safety, tranquility and contentment for horses, riders and owners and we treat the horses as if they are our own.  We source quality hay that is consistent year-round and we insist on a positive attitude as horses are intuitive and need happy and confident people around them.  Poinciana is a beautiful park in which to ride and be with our horses."
