Six Seven, Price Highlight of the 2026 Oldenburg Foal Auction at Fichtenhof

The colt Six Seven became the price highlight of the inaugural Oldenburg foal auction held at the Fichtenhof Classics national competition on Friday 4 September 2026.

Hosted by Andrea and Arnaud Petit, the Fichtenhof Classics, generated a special atmosphere and provided the perfect setting for foal auction, featuring a capsule collection of 11 dressage bred foals.

Six Seven (by Security x For Romance x Sion) sold for the top price of 30,000 euro following a thrilling bidding duel. This impressive dancer from the world-renowned Elfen line captivated the audience with three outstanding basic gaits and a cutting-edge appearance. His dam, Elfenzauber, is a sister to the licensed Florion OLD and to Sansibar’s Floryon, who enjoyed success in Prix St. Georges competitions. The wider family includes numerous licensed stallions and successful Grand Prix horses, among them the U.S. champion Elfenfeuer ridden by Alice Tarjan.

Double Dynamic (by Dynamic Pur x Danone)

For the breeder of the top-priced foal, Gero Wanner, the auction evening turned out to be a special experience in two ways: Even before the auction began, the Oldenburg Horse Breeders’ Association honoured him with the Badge of Honor for his exceptional breeding achievements.

International Interest

The collection also generated significant interest internationally. Buyers from the Netherlands were particularly active, securing three promising young talents. Another elite foal will find a new home in the U.S., while one is headed to Switzerland.

The second best seller was Double Dynamic (by Dynamic Pur x Danone), which switches owners for 12,000 euro. Feel So Proud H (by Proud James x Furst Heinrich) had a hammer price of 11,000 euro and Donnerwetter (by Donation PS x Morricone) goes to the USA for 10,500 euro.

Ghost Buster (by Grey Tonic x Fahrenheit)

Filly Sissi (by St. Noblé x Rousseau) fetched 10,000 euro, just like colt Dynamic Duplo (by Dynamic Pur x Furstenball), who moves to The Netherlands. Also finding a new home in Hollland are Fantastico (by Franklin x Fidertanz) for 8,000 euro, and Ghost Buster (by Grey Tonic x Fahrenheit) for 7,500 euro.

The collection achieved a turnover of 123,500 euro and the foals sold for an average price of 11,227 euro. The unique setting of the Fichtenhof Classics and the enthusiastic audience provided the perfect backdrop for an exciting auction evening and a successful blend of top-level sport, breeding, and marketing.
