The Swiss dressage team will be missing one rider as their anchor Charlotta Rogerson has withdrawn from competing at the 2026 World Championships in Aachen next week.
The news was first reported by Dressprod.
Rogerson first rode as a senior for Switzerland at the 2023 European Championships on Famora and in 2025 on Bonheur de la Vie. She has a stellar 2026 season down her belt on the 14-year old Bonheur de la Vie (by Bordeaux x Tuschinski) consistent low seventy percentage scores in the Grand Prix test at CDI's in Basel, 's Hertogenbosch, Munich, and Lier. The latter CDIO in May was her last so far. She will not be riding in Aachen.
Switzerland will be in Aachen with a team of three, including Delia Eggenberger (Santa Maria), Charlotte Lenherr (Dettori), and Estelle Wettstein (Quaterboy).
No reserve is stepping in as Switzerland had no fifth combination nominatively entered.
