Touch of Success became the best selling foal of the first DSP foal auction that the breeding society held in 2026. The auction took place during the CDI Munich on 15 May 2026.

A collection 12 foals was offered, 11 were presented for sale. The auction took place in the pouring rain, but the bidding was fiery nonetheless. Only five of the foals were dressage bred.

Touch of Success (by Tesino RS x Benetton Dream), bred by Ludwig Fischer, became the top selling foal with a hammer price of 24,000 euro. He sold to "an ambitious dressage family from Bavaria," as the DSP press release stated.

Two jumper foals sold for 12,500 euro: Union Jack and Harthago.

Matilda Holmer-Rattenhuber's colt Serafin (by Secret x San Muscadet) sold for 11,000 while Oliver Spurgat's colt Sir Niro (by St. Emilion x De Niro) for 9,000 euro, just like Robert and Petra Knott's filly Sweet Love (by St.Noblé x Vitalis).

Ludwig Geyer's filly Delilah (by Debutant PS x Finest) went for 6,000 euro.

The average price for a foal in this auction was 11,727 euro.
