The Canadian equestrian federation has named the riders that will make up team Canada for the FEI Nations Cup at the 2026 CDIO Wellington on 18 - 22 March 2026.
The CDIO will be the closing show of the 2026 Global Dressage Festival.
The Canadian team will include:
- Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu with Jaccardo (owned by Jill Irving, 12 yrs, Desperado x Jazz)
- Camille Carier Bergeron with Finnlanderin (owned by Camille & Gilles Bergeron, 16 yrs, Fidertanz x Donnerhall)
- Alexandra Duncan with Hitmaker (owned by Alexandra Duncan, 14 yrs, Wynton x Cabochon)
- Denielle Gallagher with Come Back de Massa (owned by Denielle Gallagher & Ellen Lazarus, 14 yrs, Galopin de la Font x Quixote SDS)
Canada will also be fielding an Under 25 team for the CDIO-U25 leg. Only two riders are needed to make a team at this level. The selected riders are:
Brooke Mancusi with Dejohn Ymas (owned by BM Dressage, 18 yrs, Johnson x Sandro Hit)
Sarah Corbett with Summersby (owned by Sarah Corbett, 14 yrs, Stedinger x Don Gregory)
The teams will be supported by Jillian Taylor-Mancusi as chef d'equipe, team veterinarian Jillian Taylor-Mancusi, and team manager Christine Peters.
