Danish multiple medal winning dressage pony D'Artagnan has found a new owner and rider to continue his competition career.
D'Artagnan is a 17-year old Weser Ems bred gelding by FS Don't Worry out of Chansonnette (by Viktoria's Colano x Constantin). He is bred by Schartmann and Litmeyer.
Medal Winning Pony
D'Artagnan was first competing internationally by Danish Kristian Würtz Green in 2016 and 2017 before selling to Liva Addy Guldager Nielsen. She won team gold and double silver at the 2019 European Pony Championships. They won the 2019 Danish Pony Championship and were fifth individually at the 2020 Europeans.
The pony sold to German based Polish rider Veronica Pawluk and Tthey made their CDI debut at the 2021 CDI Zakrzow. At the 2021 European Pony Championships they were 8th in the Kur to Music Finals. At the 2022 European Pony Championships they won kur bronze. At the 2023 European Championships in Le Mans, they were 9th in the Kur to Music Finals.
Rikke Johansen

Rikke and D'Artagnan competed at the CDI's in Aachen and Tolbert in April 2024 and team trainer Lisbet Seierskilde selected them on the team for the 2024 European Pony Championships. Unfortunately they had to withdraw from the team when D'Artagnan was not fit to compete.
The duo returned to the international arena almost a year after having ridden their last international in Tolbert. At the CDI Aachen Festival 4 Dressage at the start of April 2025 they placed 2nd, 4th and 6th. This was their last CDI and last show together as a pair. Rikke made the transition to junior level and horses this year.
Schoolmaster

"Dreams do come true," Sille beamed. "I have been handed the reins of the amazing Danny. I can't believe it. It was pure joy through my body when the words were said that he's coming home to me."
Sille is the daughter of Lisa Munch Holst of Askahaven Horses. She has been competing nationally in Denmark this year with two ponies, Lykkeholms Noell (by FS Numero Uno x Maior Domus) and Bryggergardens Double Trouble (by Soldals Pacific Ocean x Champiz) and one horse, Toftekaers Don Capone (by Don Schufro x Ferro).
