The German equestrian federation (FN) has announced the updated Grand Prix squads for 2026.
The dressage selection committee of the DOKR drafted the updated elite and perspective squad mid November, looking forward to the 2026 World Championships on home turf in Aachen as goal of the year.
In regards to the latest squad update in July 2025, Sönke Rothenberger and Fendi have dropped from the A- to the B-squad, while Bianca Nowag-Aulenbrock and Florine OLD have been dropped from the B-squad entirely, while Netz has been submitted to the B-squad with two horses.
The A / Olympic squad includes
- Katharina Hemmer - Denoix, owned by Nancy Gooding
- Ingrid Klimke - Vayron, owned by Rudolf Spiekermann
- Matthias Rath - Destacado FRH, owned by Gestüt Schafhof and Friederike Lohse
- Frederic Wandres - Bluetooth OLD, owned by Equitorus GmbH)
- Isabell Werth - Quantaz, owned by Madeleine Winter Schulze and Victoria Max-Theurer), Wendy, owned by Madeleine Winter-Schulze and Bolette Wandt), and Special Blend, owned by Helgstrand Dressage and A.Helgstrand
