For Hope, Price Highlight of the 2025 Westfalian Autumn Elite Auction

For Hope became the price highlight of the 2025 Westfalian autumn elite auction on 5 October 2025. 

A collection of 63 dressage and jumping bred horses were up for auction. Fifty of them found new owners.

The 4-year old mare For Hope (by For Romance x Furst Wilhelm) was the most wanted horse, selling for 355,000 euro to the Werndl stable in Aubenhausen, Germany.

The second most expensive one was jumper Corellanti (by Cornet Obolensky), which sold for 175,000 euro.

The 4-year old mare Valera (by Vaderland x For Romance) went for 165,000 euro, while Symphonie P (by Sir Heinrich x Jazz Rubin) found a new owner for 140,000 euro.

Mr Perfect Neff (by Morricone x Lord Loxley) sold for 136,000 euro

Remarkably Bundeschampion Be My Sunshine (by Benicio x For Dance) was not the top seller, but went for 120,000 euro. 

Ferrari (by Furst Samarant x Desperados) sold for 77,000 euro, while 9-year old pony FS Clarimo (by FS Coconot Dream x FS Don't Worry) sold for 69,000 euro. 

A Latvian bought Vita W (by Vaderland x For Romance) for 51,000 euro, For Fun (by For Dance x Escolar) moves to France for 45,000 euro. An American purchased See You Later (by So Perfect x Don Daxau) for 40,000 euro.

The licensed pony stallion Golden Gin (by Golden Grey x FS Champion de Luxe) sold for 20,000 euro.

Valera: Westfalian Elite Mare Champion of 2025
Swiss clients bought Saphir (by Sir Heinrich x First Selection) for 20,000 euro and Emilio (by Estobar x Detroit) for 17,000 euro. Marjorie (by Morricone x Vitalis) goes to Austria for 15,500 euro, just like 2-year old colt Fascino (by Fanegro x Delamanga) for 8,500 euro.

The most ewpensive 2.5-year old on offer was First Class Diamond (by Franz Josef Junior x Diamond Hit), bred by Stefan Holtwiesche. This one sold for 26,500 euro

Of the dressage horses and ponies on offer, a total of 30 changed hands at an average price of 51,533 euro.
