Raphael Netz and the 12-year-old Dieudonné were the first winners of the Covalliero Dressage Days 2025 hosted at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen on 25 - 27 September 2025.
The pair won the CDI3* Grand Prix of the Freestyle Tour with 72.130 per cent. Second place went to Carina Scholz and the Oldenburg mare Soiree D' Amour OLD (by San Amour), ahead of Frederic Wandres and the nine-year-old Verrenberg (by Vilancio) in third place.
Autumnal Conditions For Netz' Personal Best
The international dressage competition began this morning in autumnal temperatures in the large stadium on Hagen's Borgberg. A total of 24 pairs had entered the well-attended Grand Prix.
For Dieudonné (by Dante Weltino) and Raphael Netz it was a personal best result in the international Grand Prix.
Four weeks ago, the pair was victorious in a national Grand Prix — a trial run, as Netz says. "We made a few changes in training and management. The fact that it worked so well here today shows that we made the right decisions," Netz explained.
Piaff Forderpreis Finals Coming Up
This weekend Raphael Netz is also supporting his girlfriend, Selina Söder, who is one of the eight finalists in the 26th Piaff Forderpreis Finals for German Under 25 riders. Söder is competing the 10-year old Vita di Lusso (by Vitalis), who was previously shown internationally by Dinja van Liere.
"We have a nice family outing," said the 26-year-old Netz.
The Covalliero Dressage Days at Hof Kasselmann offer international dressage competitions with free admission until Sunday. ClipMyHorse.TV will also broadcast all competitions live.
