Yara Reichert has announced that her Swedish warmblood gelding Skyline to B has been sidelined with an injury. He was withdrawn from the small final at the 2025 World Championships for young dressage horses in Verden.
Reichert competed the St. Schufro x Ampere son in the 7-year old division as a representative of Sweden and Swedish warmblood breeding. In the preliminary test she finished 31st with 69.572%, but withdrew from the consolation finals.
Reichert took to Instagram that her former licensed stallion sustained an injury.
"Skyline To B picked up a small injury to his superficial digital flexor tendon," said Reichert. "He is now on his way home to enjoy six weeks of well-deserved rest, fresh air, and green pastures. The well-being of the horse is the most important thing, for now. Fingers crossed that everything heals quickly and well. My dragon, my Swedish star – thank you for everything you have given me so far. We’ll be back, stronger than ever."
Yara cherished the experience in Verden, even though it was cut short. "Even though it wasn’t exactly the result we had hoped for – we witnessed amazing horses, met incredible people, and shared our passion for the sport together," she said.
