German Horses Short-Listed for Second Trial 2025 World Young Horse Championships

The German equestrian federation held its first of two team selection trials for the 2025 World Young Horse Championships in Warendorf on 23 - 25 June 2025. 

The German FN/DOKR hosts two trials, the second on 15 July after which the team will be announced. 

At the first trial a huge group of horses participated as many foreign riders have to travel to Germany in order to get their German registered horses qualified for the WCYH, which take place in Verden on 6 - 10 August 2025. 

All participants had to perform in a training session, followed by the preliminary test. 

The short-listed horses selected to appear at the second trial are :

5-year olds

6-year olds
