Excellent Dressage Sales

DC-10 became the price highlight of the 2025 Excellent Dressage Sales, which were held at Bartels Academy in Hooge Mierde on 17 May 2025.

With a big show full of music, shows and entertainment, the EDS drew a sell out crowd to this auction

The 3-year old stallion DC-10 (by Dynamic Dream x Escolar) sold for 250,000 euro. Only five months ago he sold via a KWPN online auction for 28,000 euro.

Renate-Daula (by My Romance x Cadans M) sold for 170,000 euro. The same price was paid for Geneve (by Grand Galaxy Win x Romanov).

Jasmin Yom Tov's European Under 25 Championship ride Hexagon's Grandville (by Louisville x Rubiquil) received his highest bid of 160,000 euro. He was competed internationally by Yom Tov as well as her assistant rider Dirk-Jan van de Water. He sold to Dubai based Natalie Lankester.

Freelance (by Furstbischof x Samba Hit) sold for 140,000 euro. The AES, BWP and NRPS licensed stallion Willem Normandi (by For Romance x Ferro) had a hammer price of 120,000 euro.

The 12-year old Grand Prix horse In Time (by Everdale x Goodtimes) sold for 95,000 euro. De Ville FS (by Don Juan de Hus x Stedinger) went for 80,000 euro, just like Hamilton (by Apache x Contango).

The 11-year old Love Just Mickey (by Lord Leatherdale x Negro) was the NRPS Licensing champion in 2018 and now sold for 70,000 euro.

Former EDS auction horse Handretti (by Andretti x Goodtimes) now sold again for 65,000 euro. The black was shown by Lars op 't Hoog before being listed in the 2021 EDS auction. The ride then went to Japanese Ryunosuke Kuroda, who competed him briefly.

Jan Anker's Zaffar (by Zack x Sir Donnerhall) found a new owner for 60,000 euro. Moritz P (by Ferguson x United) went for 50,000 euro, Ghita Fille de Zita S (by Lord Loxley x Sandro Hit) went for 46,000 euro, while Shotgun (by San Amour x Furstenball) sold for 42,000 euro.

The 13-year old Danish bred Grand Prix mare Hove's Tatiana (by Temptation x Crelido) had a highest bid of 50,000 euro, while the 14-year old Grand Prix horse Goldwyn Sollenburg (by Bretton Woods x OO-Seven) had a highest bid of 36,000 euro.

The most expensive foal was Secret Bloom Rosy Liena JVR (by Secret USB x Johnson). The filly went for 10,000 euro.
