The German Equestrian Federation has announced the newly elected Dressage Committee for the next four-year cycle.

Every four years, the German FN and the German Equestrian Olympic Committee (DOKR) hold new elections. These include not only the Executive Board and the boards of the Sport, Breeding, and Personal Members departments, but also the DOKR Discipline Committees.

The newly elected German dressage committee includes:

  • Klaus Roeser (chair)
  • Miriam Johannsmann (deputy chair)
  • Henning Lehrmann
  • Cornelia Albrecht (chair of the youth working group)
  • Monica Theodorescu (German team trainer)
  • Helen Langehanenberg (senior athletes representative)
  • Valentina Pistner (youth athletes representative)
  • Hermann Erver

The question arose whether a new co-team trainer would be appointing following the untimely passing of Jonny Hilberath. Theodorescu confirmed to Eurodressage that at this point in time no replacement is being sought.

The members of the DOKR para advisory board are largely appointed by the DOKR Board of Directors. This committee includes

  • Jan Holger Holtschmit (chair)
  • Britta Bando (deputy chair)
  • Simone Krychowski
  • Silke Fütterer-Sommer (team trainer)
  • Rolf Grebe (juior team trainer)
  • Nico Hörmann (discipline coordinator )
  • Regine Mispelkamp (senior athletes representative)
  • Markus Beerhus (athletes representative)
  • Stefan Sevenich (doctor)
  • Malte Penning (veterinarian)
