The 5-year old Globall, the 6-year old Endorphin, and the 7-year old Be Sure became the winners of the first Bundeschampionate qualifier of 2025 held in Elmlohe on 12 - 13 April 2025.
Eighteen combinations contested the 5-year old division at L-level dominated by professional dressage riders. Leonie Richter topped the board with Helgstrand's Oldenburg bred Globall (by Global Player x Furstenball) on a total score of 8.38 points. The stallion got 7.7 for walk, 8.3 for trot, 8.4 for canter, and 8.7 for submission and overall impression. Richter trains with Eva Möller. Thomas Schulze and Equi Passion Trading's Hanoverian Sinato (by Secret x For Romance) were the runners-up with 8.26 poin ts. This gelding earned 8 for walk, 8.2 for trot, 8.8 for canter, 7.8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression.
Twelve pairs were entered for the M-level test for 6-year olds and no less than five horses scored the qualification minimum of 8.0 to be allowed to compete in Warendorf. Professional Greta Heemsoth aced the class with Ingo Pape's Hanoverian stallion Endorphin (by Escolar x Don Nobless) on 8.86 points. The bay stallion got 8.5 for walk, 9.3 for trot, 8.2 for canter, 8.8 for submission and 9.5 for general impression. The pair is coached by Ingo Pape. Ellen Richter and Paul Schockemöhle's Oldenburg Found Gody PS (by Foundation x Vivaldi) were second with 8.26 points. This gelding got 8 for walk and trot, 8.5 for canter, 8.4 for submission and general impression.
There were 14 pairs in the 7-year old class at S-level and Leonie Richter took home a second trophy, winning the class with Helgstrand's Be Sure (by Benicio x Scuderia) on 72.308%. She edged out Patricia Seddig on the home bred Oldenburg Fuchtel's High Light (by Floriscount x Damon Hill). Trained by Markus Gribbe, Seddig scored 70.962%.
