Austrian Team Long List Announced for 2024 Olympic Games

The Austrian equestrian federation has announced their nominative entries for Olympic team selection for the 2024 Olympic Games. 

The nominative list for dressage team selection is almost identical to what was announced in February, before riders started to ride for scores this spring season, with the only addition of Lisa Wernitznig.  

At the final, "mandatory" Olympic team selection trial in Achleiten last weekend only two of six long listed riders competed.

Long Listed for Paris are:

  • Florian Bacher - Fidertraum OLD
  • Stefan Lehfellner - Roberto Carlos MT
  • Victoria Max-Theurer - Topas or Abegglen
  •  Christian Schumach - Te Quiero SF or Amplemento


  • Diana Porsche - Dahoud
  • Renate Voglsang - Fürst Ferdinand
  • Lisa Wernitznig - Quintus

Para Dressage

  • Bernd Brugger -  Bellagio
  • Thomas Haller - Haller's Espalion
  • Pepo Puch - Sailor's Blue or Vis Viva or Secret Love
  • Julia Sciancalepore -  Heinrich IV
  • Valentina Strobl - Bequia Simba
