German dressage rider Amelie von Harsdorf is looking for a passionate and experienced head groom for her wonderful dressage stable in the south of Bavaria.
Von Harsdorf runs an ambitious sports stable that prioritizes the well-being of her high quality, sport horses above everything.
As a result, she is looking for an experienced, reliable and diligently working addition to her current team of seven, that can take responsibility and lead other team members.
Main duties include preparing the horses for riding, bringing them to the fields, the treadmill, doing wellness treatments such as Hofmag, clipping and grooming. Accompanying the riders to competition as a groom would be a plus but is not mandatory.
A high quality of living is offered. The picturesque stable, surrounded by mountains and lakes, is just 10 minutes from Rosenheim and approximately 50 minutes from Munich center. The salary and other benefits are above industry standards but depend on experience and education.
The candidate should speak English or German fluently.
