The chestnut Pikamora became the top seller of the 2023 KWPN Online Auction of 3- and 4-year old mares which the Dutch warmblood breed society held right after the KWPN Mare Championship.
The majority of the mares sold to Dutch buyers with a few moving abroad.
A Dutch buyer secured Pikamora (by Vivialdi x UB 40) for 30,000 euro
The national mare championship (NMK) finalist Passiana (by Taminau x Uphill) sold for 22,000 euro. She's from the damline that produced licensed stallions Kjento and Mowgli VOD.
NMK 8th placed Perfect Dance (by D'Avie x Toto Jr) sold for 20,000 euro, while NMK mare Pollyrijke VR (by Ghandi x Jazz) had a highest bid of 14,000 euro.
Australians bought Pivesta (by Le Formidable x Vivaldi) for 14,000 euro. A Swede purchased Pelitte DK (by Hermes x Zuidhorn) for 9,500 euro.
