The 3-year old Solo Dancer has been named champion of the 2023 Oldenburg Saddle Licensing in Vechta on 31 March 2023.
Twelve stallions were entered for the 12th edition of stallion licensing "under saddle", nine of them showed up and only three were accepted.
Solo Dancer
The champion is Solo Dancer, who is by So Unique out of the Dante’s Daughter (by Dante Weltino - Fürst Romancier). He is bred by the Werth breeding community from Moers and was presented at the licensing by Sylvia and Wilhelm Klausing in partnership with the breeder
The Grand Prix horses Flovinos Feiner Kerl (under Anush Agarwalla, IND) and Serrano H (under Anne Horstmann) originate from this line as well. Solo Dancer is inbred to Donnerhall several times.
Three Licensed
The Oldenburg stallion licensing committee was strict in its approval and only three were accepted
The other two licensed stallions are Lord Extra (by Lord Europe x Donnerschwee x Royal Diamond), bred and owned by Bernd Huslage jun; and Sergio (by Sezuan x Ampere x Don Frederico), bred by Siegfried Beinroth and owned by the breeder in partnership with Klausing.
All three licensed stallions will be auctioned in the Oldenburg Spring Elite Auction on 1 April 2023.
