Sara Aagaard Hyrm's long-time Danish junior and young rider team horse Skovborgs Romadinov has moved to Great Britain. The rising 17-year old gelding has been sold to Lily Laughton.

Skovborgs Romadinov is a Danish warmblood gelding by Blue Hors Romanov out of Birkedommergard Madicken (by Mago xx). He is bred by Esben Klinkby.

The liver chestnut gelding was first competed by Rikke Klinkby as a 5-year old in Denmark as of 2011.

Klinkby took him from DLA level to small tour level, competing him in his first Prix St Georges level tests in 2015 when the horse was 9.

Rikke competed her home bred horse until the summer of 2017, finishing 8th in the Inter I Kur at the Danish Small Tour Championships in July of that year.

The horse switched to another rider in the autumn and became the schoolmaster for Danish pony team rider Sara Aagaard Hyrm, who campaigned Der Harlekin B at the European Pony Championships

The FEI listed Romadinov as owned by Rikke Klinkby in the years Hyrm competed him at international junior and young riders level.  The new duo made its national show debut in January 2018 at MB level in Denmark and their international debut was at the CDI Nieuw en St. Joosland in April 2018.

The pair represented Denmark at the 2018 European Junior Riders Championships in Fontainebleau where they won team bronze and finished 21st in the individual test. They were the 2018 Danish Junior Champions. At the 2019 European Junior Championships in San Giovanni in Marignano they got team bronze and were 17th in the individual test. They won bronze at the Danish Junior Championships.

In 2020 they moved to Young Riders level and at the 2020 European YR Championships in Pilisjaszfalu, they got team bronze and placed fourth in the freestyle. At the 2021 European Young Riders Championships in Oliva Nova they got team bronze and were 7th in the Kur. They won the 2021 Danish Young Riders Championships.

In 2022 Hyrm focused more on her young horse, Atterupgaards Cooper, and Romadinov did only one international in Aalborg in May, finishing 8th in the Prix St Georges with 66.971%. At the 2022 Danish Young Riders Championships, Hyrm and Romadinov were fifth.

The Hyrm family responded to an advertisement on Eurodressage which British junior rider Lily Laughton posted in search of a new Young Riders horse.

The 19-year old Laughton made her international show debut on pony Ode to Shanon (by Washington Postman) in 2018 and campaigned Steendieks Cadillac (by FS Chambertin x Nurejew) in 2019. She made the transition to CDI junior level in 2021 aboard Danubio (by Decurio x Avantgarde).

This year she focused on national level competition with Lieveling HN (by ) at Advanced Medium level and Horatio VCG (by Don Schufro x Jazz) at small tour level. The family went in search of an established Young Riders' schoolmaster and found Romadinov.
