Only weeks after the rider's show debut on Gestut Peterhof's flagship former breeding stallion Sezuan, the yard in Perl-Borg (GER) announced the departure of the Luxembourg Grand Prix rider Sascha Schulz as their head rider.

"Our rider Sascha Schulz would like to become more involved as a trainer in the future and intensify his work as Luxembourg national coach," Peterhof stated. "We regret his departure, but respect his decision to reorient himself."

Schulz used to be based at Ecuries des Prés in Leudelange (LUX)  where he ran an independent business with his partner Christof Umbach, but after the pair split Schulz moved to Peterhof.

"With our home-bred horses, such as our Silvano-descended Fantastic Silva, he achieved victories and placings in the international Small Tour. The youngsters Seven, Samira and Sezurino, descended from our triple dressage Horse World Champion Sezuan, performed brilliantly under him in tests for young dressage horses," Peterhof stated.
