Elite Stallions is thrilled to present the wonderful Blue Hors Viconte (by Vivaldi x Sandro Hit x Brentano) standing in the UK for 2023.

Based with Elite Dressage, this exciting young son of Vivaldi, combines two of the strongest lines of performative stallions in recent dressage history.

Performance Lines

Vivaldi has proved to be an enormously successful breeding stallion. He is recognised worldwide as a supreme producer of top horses and stallions and is always in high demand with breeders.

The legendary Sandro Hit need’s little introduction, he has produced over 190 licensed sons and at the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo, there were no less than nine offspring of Sandro Hit competing, with Showtime FRH taking the team gold.

Viconte’s damline is one of the most successful and productive in Germany in recent times and has produced approved stallions such as Quarterback, Quarterhit and Don Royal.

The full sister of Viconte’s dam, Poetin II, won the World Championship for Young Horses as a five-year-old and afterwards sold for €2.5 million at the P.S.I auction, making her the most expensive riding horse sold at the time.

Movement, Trainability, Rideability

Viconte is a long legged and strikingly beautiful stallion, that oozes elegance. As well as wonderful movement, he has inherited from his sire great trainability and rideability.  Head rider at Elite Dressage, Beth Bainbridge, described him as ‘a horse that gives you a very grand feeling when you sit on him.’

With his fantastic temperament, movement and bloodlines, Viconte has everything he needs to be a top sire. His first crop of foals are already looking hugely promising, with several auction highlights among them, including the highest priced foal at the Westfalen auction. The future most certainly looks bright for this rising star.
