The Spanish equestrian federation has announced the teams that will represent Spain at the 2022 European Junior and Young Riders Championships in Hartpury, Great Britain, on 25 – 31 July 2022.
Spanish youth team trainer Jenny Eriksson and the technical staff selected the following horse-and-rider combinations.
Junior Riders
- Javier Guillén Callejas - Resuelto as
- Carla Ugena Agramunt - Furst Flanagan
- Elsa Bosch Portillo - Dean Martin
- Ángela Herrera García - Rock Star
The reserves are Mireia Luz Konovalova (Royal Thunder), Pablo Martinez Muriel, (Edd), Laia Canut Arenos (Frida Gold), and Maria Martínez Gutiérrez (Bolando).
Young Riders
- Sergio Morón Basoco - Farnham L
- Natalia Bacariza Danguillecourt - Romantico (reserve horse: Dhannie)
- Maria Guerrero Galve - Gustaaf
- Felipe Montoya Martínez - Douro
The reserve riders are Giovanni Torrens Bentz (Euro Boy), Agustin García Garrido (Bounty), and Maria Bech Salvatella (Showtime)
