Flower Power became the best selling foal in the second online foal auction with the German Sport horse (DSP) breed society organised in 2022. The bidding closed on 14 June 2022.
The filly Flower Power (by Fynch Hatton x Quaterback) got the highest bid, 16,000 euro, and will move to the north of Germany. The filly is bred by Andreas Brune and her dam is state premium mare Quarterprinzessin, the full sister to international Grand Prix horse Quarz (Ulrike Prunthaller).
The colt Verbace (by Vivanero x Quaterman) sold for 9,000 euro to Norway. He is bred by Detlef Meister.
Venga Boy (by Vangelis x Don Juan de Hus) sold for 8,750 euro to Gestut Birkhof.He is bred by KLaus and Edwin Schuster.
Former European Under 25 champion Lisa-Marie Klössinger offered Freelancer (by Furst Zonik PS x Borsalino) for sale and he fetched a hammer price of 8,500 euro.
Quiditsch (by Qaside MD x Lemony's Nicket), bred by Eileen Fischer, sold for 7,750 euro.
The average price for a foal in this auction was 6,512 euro. Twenty foals were offered for sale.
