The KWPN breed society has announced that Jovian will appear in front of the Dutch WCYH Team selectors for a personal selection moment on 15 July 2021.
Andreas Helgstrand and the Jovian (by Apache x Tango), the 2019 World Young Horse Champions, have been given this exception because of the Olympic Games. The third official Dutch team selection trials take place during the Tokyo Games, where Helgstrand will be present as trainer of Danish team rider Carina Cassoe Kruth on Heiline's Danciera.
The third Dutch trial take place in Ermelo on 19 - 20 July. For those riders who will be in Tokyo, a special selection moment is organized on 15 July. The only pair entered for this day is Andreas Helgstrand on Jovian.
The 2021 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses take place in Verden, Germany, on 26 - 29 August 2021.
