The 5-year old Quatre Quarts a l'Orange and the 6-year old First Lady W won the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the 2019 regional dressage show at Hofgut Petersau in Frankenthal, Germany, on 17 - 19 May 2019.
Danish born Luxembourg rider Kristine Moller steered her long-time sponsor Jens Thorsen's Hanoverian mare Quatre Quarts à l'Orange (by Quaterhall x Royal Blend) to victory with an 8.4 total score. the chestnut mare eared 8.5 for walk, 9 for trot, 7.5 for canter, and 8.5 for submission and general impression. Möller was also the runner-up aboard the German Sport Horse bred Spectre (by Sezuan x Silvermoon) on 8.1.. The dark bay gelding got 7.5 for walk, 8.5 for trot and canter, 7.5 for submission and 8.5 for general impression.
Nine horses contested the M-level 6-year old division and professional Hendrik Lochthowe rode Ralph Uwe Westhoff's Oldenburg mare First Lady W (by Foundation x Breitling W) into the winner's circle with 8.4. The bay mare got 8 for walk, 9 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. Luxembourg's Mandy Zimmer and her own Oldenburg stallion Symphony (by Sir Donnerhall x Furst Heinrich) were second on 8.2. The black stallion received 8 for walk, 8.5 for trot and canter, 7.5 for submission and 8.5 for general impression.
