The Hanoverian licensed breeding stallion D-Online has passed away on Monday evening 13 August 2018. He was 20 years old.
D-Online was not a very popular breeding stallion, but he was the licensed full brother to Anabel Balkenhol's 2012 Olympic individual horse Dablino.
Bred by Weert-Arnold Sweer, Dablino was by De Niro out of the 2011 Hanoverian Mare of the Year Wanda (by Wanderbusch II).
He was licensed at the 2000 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing in Verden and moved to the Hessian state stud of Dillenburg. He completed his 70-day performance test and was trained up to S-level. He booked 20 national victories at S-level in his career.
D-Online was quite a versatile stallion and sired some dressage as well as show jumping and driving offspring. His daughter Dream Girl (by D-Online x Asaro) was the Hessian Foal champion. His most successful offspring was the Rühl family's Denver B (by D-Online x Diabas), who competed at national S-level. Eiren Crawford's Dejavu (by D-Online x Rubinstern Noir) competed at the Bundeschampionate.
In August 2014 D-Online sold to his long-time rider Patrick Kraft. In 2017 Zuchter Forum reported that D-Online had moved to Aranykapu Stables in Hungary.
"He was in Hungary in 2017 and returned back in winter," Kraft told Eurodressage.
