The 3-year old Oldenburg licensed stallion Morricone II will move to south Germany to stand at Gut Buchenhof for the 2018 breeding season. He will move as soon he completes his 14-day suitability test in spring.

Bred by Heinrich Vahle, the 2015 born Morricone II is by Millennium out of Hartima (by Rubin Royal x De Niro x Rubinstein I).

Gestut Sprehe presented him at the 2017 Oldenburg stallion licensing where he was accepted for breeding.

He is the full brother to Gestut Bonhomme's 2014 Oldenburg licensing Champion Morricone I.

Gut Buchenhof swapped the show jumper stallion Con Spirit, who will stand at Gestut Sprehe, for Morricone II. They call the black stallion "the favourite of the public" at the 2017 Oldenburg Licensing, even though Blue Hors stud's Londoner was the one that had the crowds clapping.

Gut Buchenhof is based in Buchenberg near Lake Constance and the Austrian border.
