Entry List Complete for 2017 World Young Horse Championships

2017 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses

The entry list for the 2017 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses, to be held for the second time in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on 3 - 6 August 2017, is complete. Ninety-seven riders from 24 countries will be competing as 123 combinations in all classes at this prestigious event.

Twenty different studbooks will send representatives that will compete for the World Champion's title. Leading studbook is the Royal Dutch Sporthorse Studbook (KWPN), which is represented by 31 horses. The Hannoveraner Verband is the runner-up with 20 participating horses, followed by the Oldenburger Verband. Also the Danish Warmblood Studbook is bringing a significant number of horses to Ermelo: eleven horses.

The combinations entered for Ermelo that have not yet been announced on Eurodressage are:

Austria

  • Stephanie Dearing - Roi de Coeur (5yo) and Rhodium (6yo)
  • Stefan Lehfellner - Rooberto Carlos MT (7yo)
  • Belinda Weinbauer - Damon's Classic (7yo)

Czech Republic

  • Libse Mencke - Glucksruf II (6yo)
  • Hana Vasaryova - David du Plessis (5yo), Santos Dumont (6yo), Silky Moves (7yo)

Ireland

  • Abigail Hutton - Giraldo (6yo)

Italy

  • Norma Paoli - Lisara (6yo)

Luxembourg

  • Kristine Moller - Standing O'Vation (7yo)
  • Sascha Schulz - Quizmaster (5yo)
  • Verena Heinz-Waehnert - Status Royal (7yo)
  • Nicolas Wagner - Rock on Top (6yo)

Morocco

  • Ismail Jilaoui - Flower du Hens (5yo)

Poland
