Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff's Thiago became the stand-out colt at the 2016 South German Saddle Licensing held during the Marbach weekend at the Marbach state stud on 5 - 6 November 2016.
Linsenhoff's Thiago is by Totilas out of Ann Kathrin's former international Grand Prix horse Wahajama (by Warkant). He became the sole premium stallion of the lot of sixteen colts presented.
Six stallions in total were licensed. Five of them were dressage bred. Alongide Thiago, the other licensed colts are:

- Alpha's Breakman (by Bretton Woods x Welt Hit II - Breeder: von Worenberg - Owner: Sandra Bruchmann
- Delacroix (by Decurio x Worldly) - Breeder: Marbach state stud - Owner: Andrea Ruhle
- Lemercier (by Lemberger x Furst Heinrich) - Breeder: Gebhard Geiger - Owner: Marbach state stud
At the auction following the saddle licensing, Durello sold for 50,000 euro to the Marbach state stud.
