Germany's former number one Grand Prix rider Helen Langehanenberg has given birth to her first child, a baby girl on Wednesday 18 November 2015.
Langehanenberg and her husband, veterinarian David Lichtenberg, are now the proud parents of their first child.
On 12 December Helen announced that she is back in the saddle.
"It is so much fun to sit in the saddle again," she stated. "I'm very much looking forward to the upcoming show season and happy to have such fun horses to ride. I can't thank my fantastic team enough who kept all my horses on form and improved their training."
