Quincy and Schattentanzer Win 2015 Werder Bundeschampionate Qualifier

2015 Bundeschampionate Qualifier

The 5-year old Quincy and the 6-year old Schattentänzer won the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional show at Gestut Bonhomme in Werder, Germany on 19 - 21 June 2015. Thirteen 5-year olds and ten 6-year olds contested the L and M-level dressage horse tests to earn a ticket to Warendorf.

In the 5-year old division Lena Waldmann and the German Sport Horse bred Quincy (by Quaterback x Rubin Rouge) aced the class with an 8.2 total score. The chestnut mare got 8.5 for walk and trot, 7.5 for canter, 8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. Ronald Lüders and the Mecklenburger branded Shakespeare (by Sancisco x Lomber) was the runner-up with 7.7. The dark bay gelding got 8 for trot anc canter, 7 for walk, 8 for submission and 7.5 for general impression.

Christian Flamm an the Lothar Schulze's German Sport Horse bred Schattentanzer (by San Amour x Rosario) dominated the 6-year old division. The dark bay gelding scored a total of 7.6 with a 7.5 for trot and canter, 8 for walk and 7.5 for submission and general impression.  Lena Waldmann and Silke Pelzer's Oldenburg mare Femmina Bella (by Furst Romancier x Rubinstein) slotted in second with 7.5. The dark bay mare got 7.5 for trot, 7 for walk, 8 for canter and 7.5 for submission and general impression.
