Six Stallions Accepted at 2014 Hanoverian Stallion Approval

Six non-Hanoverian bred stallions were accepted for breeding for the Hanoverian society at the approval in Verden, Germany, on 14 January 2014.

A large collection of Oldenburg stallions was presented at the approval, including a Dutch, Westfalian and two Holsteiner stallions. The stallions were presented for measurement in the morning, followed by movement in hand on hard surface as well as a ridden presentation under saddle. The committee announced their decision while the colts were presentedin hand in walk.

The Hanoverian licensing committee accepted six colts out of nine presented. Both Coupe de Coeur show jumpers were not accepted. Also the Hanoverian branded Dancier x Lauries Crusador xx was not approved.

The approved dressage colts are the 2012 Oldenburg licensing champion Follow Me, as well as Ghandi (by Gribaldi x De Niro), Cadeau Noir (by Christ x De Niro) and the KWPN bred Dynamo (by Painted Black x Jazz).
