Portuguese Joao Moreira and the 5-year old Dallas were the winners of the sole Bundeschampionate qualification class for dressage horses held at the 2013 Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Championships in Neustadt/Dosse on 18 - 21 July 2013.
Moreira and the dark bay Hanoverian gelding Dallas (by Dauphin x Contendro I) reigned by scoring an 8.0 average in the L-level dressage horse test. The pair for 8 for trot and walk, 8.5 for canter, 7.5 for submission and 8 for general impression. They were the only pair to obtain the criterium to compete at the Bundeschampionate. Juliane Grube and Sir Arnold (by Sir Donnerhall x Fidermark) were second with an average of 7.7.
