2013 Bundeschampionate Qualifier

The annual regional show in Haftenkamp, Germany, is a big dressage extravaganza and annually features one Bundeschampionate qualification class for 6-year old dressage horses. On Sunday 19 May 2013 sixteen 6-year olds rallyed at the venue and it was Helen Langehanenberg and Diamigo, which surfaced at the top.

Langehanenberg and the Oldenburg gelding Diamigo (by Dimaggio x Freundenprinz) scored a solid 8.5 to lead the pack. Langehanenberg only had competition from herself because she also placed second aboard the chestnut Oldenburg gelding Filaro (by Fidertanz x Landsieger) with 8.3.

Kira Wulferding and the Oldenburg stallion Silver Black (by Sandro Hit x Donnerhall) were fourth on 8.2 and followed closely by Eva Moller on the Oldenburg liver chestnut mare Sansoucie (by Sir Donnerhall I x Sidney) with 8.1.  Katrin Burger tied with Möller on fourth place as she and the Oldenburg stallion Diamond Song (by Diamond Hit x Sandro Song) also scored 8.1.

Seven horses scored the required 8.0 or higher to qualify for Warendorf. Two combinations placed sixth on 8.0: Janet Egbers on the Hanoverian stallion Farewell Fritz (by Fidertanz x De Niro) and Spanish Borja Carrascosa on the Hanoverian stallion Loro Piano (by Lord Loxley I x Rohdiamant).
