2008 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses
The German Equestrian Federation has announced the names of the horses that will represent Germany at the 2008 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, July 30 x August 3, 2008.
After two selection trials in Verden (24th June) and Warendorf (25th June), the German selection committee consisting of Holger Schmezer and Heinz Lemmermann decided on the nomination of the following horses:
5-year olds
- Wells Fargo (Hanoverian by Welser x Fabriano) - Kathrin Meyer zu Strohen
- Imperio (Trakehner by Connery x Balfour xx) - Ann-Sophie Fiebelkorn
- Silberaster (Oldenburger by Sandro Hit x Canaster I) - Helen Langehanenberg
- Rock Forever (Westfalian by Rockwell x Landstreicher) - Oliver Oelrich
- Della Cavalleria (Oldenburger by Diamond Hit x Rubinstein I) - Kira Wulferding
